大雨過後

 

沉晚天氣好局  好辛苦

但係今朝一起身....覺得舒服左好多

因為落左一場狂風暴雨

所以我都唔想訓咁多  8點30 就起左身

開始放假到而家  我最多都訓8個鐘  可能習慣左呢個生活模式

其實訓得多係唔好  個人會好頹廢
